Because that's the exact workflow Haulio is built to remove. One dashboard replaces scattered messages and screenshots, so nothing gets missed and nothing has to be re-typed into a second system.
Isn't this just another cluttered load board?+
No — you choose. Post to the carriers you already work with, or open a load to Haulio's wider network only when you need it moved faster. It's not a free-for-all where anyone bids on anyone's leftovers; carriers in the network are vetted, and dealers stay in control of who they work with.
How accurate is the AI damage detection, really?+
It's a first pass, not a final ruling. In an internal review of thousands of completed loads, only around 2% showed damage flagged at delivery that wasn't flagged at pickup — and even that figure includes missed photos and paperwork gaps, not confirmed in-transit damage. Every flagged discrepancy still goes back to a person for confirmation before it's treated as a claim.
Will my drivers actually use it?+
It's built for the yard, not a content app. One pass around the vehicle, a target of under two minutes, no separate steps to remember. If it takes longer than the walk-around already takes, we consider that a bug.
What about payment risk with a carrier or dealer we've never worked with?+
Haulio sits in the middle: we invoice the dealer and pay the carrier, so you're never extending credit to someone you just met.
How is this different from the transport companies and load boards we already use?+
Companies like Bahn Express and AutoHolly operate transport themselves and run their own platforms for it — but only for their own loads, which splits the market into separate, closed silos. Haulio brings dealers and carriers together in one place instead: your own network first, and a wider one when you need it. Compared to generic load boards, you're working exclusive loads with dealers directly, not competing with a crowd for the same job.
